We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon the type of your order like direct/customized product. As of now all the deliveries take approximately 45 Days. Adeckko is dedicated to dispatching your products within the timeline; however, in the case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the Est delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such exceptional cases, Adeckko may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer as per the scenario.

Yes, Adeckko can deliver your furniture at an address other than the billing address.
No, currently Adeckko products are available for national delivery only.
At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that the packaging is intact, no part is damaged or missing of your furniture. In case you find any damage, kindly contact our Customer Service Representatives at +91- 9999320028 (9 AM - 9 PM) and inform about the same at the time of Delivery. Do mention Regarding Damage to Delivery Team. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.
Adeckko offers its free installation services in Delhi NCR at present.
Adeckko shall not be responsible for providing a free installation for the Wall Shelves, Decor Items, or similar products that cost less than INR 5000.
Adeckko shall only be responsible for a door step delivery if your house or society has a service lift that can be used to deliver a medium sized product at your doorstep. In cases where the customer does not have a service lift or the lift is small to carry the product with the wooden crating, and then we shall deliver the product to the ground floor only.
In case of any broken product , the customer would need to contact Adeckko and notify the issue to us. We'd be happy to offer the best feasible solution as per the scenario to the customer. The customer is required to keep the product at his/her place for the time being under his/her responsibility till which a logical solution is reached between both the parties.
Custom made orders are non-refundable. If in case any damages occur while shipment of the product, We will get it repaired. Also there can be a delay of 3 weeks in delivery time for custom furniture. Custom or Made-to-Order products - Please keep all original packaging materials until it is determined that your items are received in good condition. If damaged items need to be shipped back they must be in the original box with packing materials. If the Damage is Minor, We will send all necessary raw materials & customer can get it installed at his/her place.
